Mr. Billinger and his team of workers performed an outstanding, really OUTSTANDING, exterior painting of our home that had not been painted for over 20 years. As the original owners of our first and only home, we were truly gifted in having Mr. Billinger, who was selected out of 5 bidders, to perform the painting. Additionally, Mr. Billinger provided services to other non-painting issues that we didn’t know about that needed servicing. This is my most humbling review for the public to recommend BILLINGER PAINTING, INC for considering hiring his company.

Chester Billinger and his crew did a wonderful job painting our Queen Anne Victorian in Alameda. I could count on the crew being at our house an 7:30 AM ready to start at 8:00. When the first layer of paint was not what we wanted they gladly corrected it. They did all the little extras we wanted. They cleaned up every night. Take a drive down the 3200 block of Central Ave and look at our wonderful paint job, it is hard to miss.

Billinger Painting came highly recommended, and they really exceeded our expectations. The price wound up being significantly less expensive than competing quotes (about 30% less!), and Chester was very accommodating with our requested changes to the work order. He patiently answered our questions, and provided unbiased advice when we weren’t sure about options. Our building is very strict and requires we do everything by the book, but getting a COI from the Billinger team was no problem at all. The workers were polite, professional, and quiet as church mice. They did beautiful work, kept their tools/materials out of our way while they were working, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you would never know they were there. I would highly recommend Billinger Painting to anyone needing painters for a business or residence! A+++
